I so believe in this. My sister and best friend are both life coaches. Between the two of them I stay pretty centered in optimism. I am so thankful I understand its power and do my best to harness it.
You’re singing my theme song girl! I am all about positive thinking as it regards illness. I even had a post about it. I do get sinus infections once in a while (I actually have one now), but I continually tell myself that germs have no power to harm me. This has worked great as my family is the only one I know not to get the H1N1 flu (so far) plus I have not had even a hint of a cold or stomach bug since Christmas of 2007. I just love to think of the number of colds and flus I have sidestepped this way.
Have you ever heard of the website http://www.restministries.com? It's been very helpful to me dealing with a chronic, invisable illness.
yes and I follow Lisa, the founder on Twitter. It is a great ministry!
