I'm a MADD Mom too and I do have two driving boys. I'll tell you, there is nothing scarier than having your ADHD son running around in a vehicle that is capable of killing people. But you just have to train them the best you can and trust that it will work out.

Suggestion on the drunk driving thing. Dialogue with them. Help them come up with scripts, ideas, and excuses they can give their friends. Have them do research on what their life would be like after a DUI conviction or after a friend might be hurt in an accident. That seemed to help make it more real for my boys.

Oh my, I am headed there ASAP. This looks like it will be a wealth of information. I am another mama that is not ready for a teenager with a drivers license. Thanks so much.
