Hi Melissa, I think you left a very encouraging word on my article about healthcare reform entitled "Death by dismemberment: how does GOD feel about healthcare. If it was you, then I thank you for your kind words. I'm often criticized for taking a Biblical stand on issues and I truly appreciate your comments and your ministry with this website. I'll tell other working moms about it. GOD Bless, Wayne. P.S. you should have my email address, keep in touch.

Happy SITS Saturday Sharefest!

Thanks for the post. When a invisible chronic illness has as on of it's main symptoms, fatigue, it can be hard to stay motivated to exercise, even if you know that the exercise will help. It is even more difficult when it looks as though, through outside measures (like weight) that you are not progressing. Exercise can add muscle, which weighs more than fat (but is less fatiguing & more energizing) & we all experience plateaus. It's good that you know these things & have faith that helps you through the less motivated times.

I hope that you are doing well & I am rooting for you!

I hope you get some new results this week! Don't give up, maybe you need to try a new workout...something with a bit more intensity than you've already been doing? Definitely agree that Yoga & Pilates are great choices, and definitely Yoga, for helping relax, and center yourself, but maybe some circuit style training could give you a boost, as well!

You are doing great! Keep up the good work!
