Years ago when my hubby was diagnosed with high blood pressure (which is now under control) we started looking for ways to decrease our sodium intake. One of the first things we did was purchase Mrs. Dash. He also switched to no-salt added potato chips when packing his lunch for work, I stopped adding salt to food during preparation and we started reading labels.
